* Collection: To collect all cardboards you want to recycle is the very first step to start cardboard recycling. Please be noted that you must check with your recycling center first to know what kind of cardboard is accepted so that you can start the second step.
* Sorting: According to what those cardboards are made of, those cardboards need to be sorted before taking them to recycle.
* Pulping: After those cardboards have been sorted, they will be soaked in a mixture of water and chemicals for breaking down the paper fibers. Then, a pulp will be created. Accordingly, the weakened fibers will be helped to get more strength and make them to get solidify by this combination.
* Filtering and de-inking: The pulpy will be moved to strain out the materials which may still in such as glue or tape.
* Finishing: After cleaned up those pulps, they will be mixed with pure materials for getting dry on a flat to form a linerboard.
